We started the strategic update for one of the largest footwear clusters in Brazil with the objective of identifying new strategies and structuring actions for the future.

On December 3 and 4 Carlos Tarrasón helped build the strategic planning of the CARMOCER coffee cooperative, which sets out its objectives and actions for the coming years.

We work directly with company groups to motivate, stimulate and structure the strategic change. 

We work with company associations, cooperatives, rural producers associations, and other groups to help them mobilizing and improving the groups' competitiveness.
