Carlos Tarrasón, Cluster Consulting CEO, participated in the TCI Global Conference in Dublin, Ireland during the 14th-16th October 2025. He presented on the 16th in the parallel session "LEARNING JOURNEY, CLUSTER STRATEGY AND BUSINESS MODEL". He presented How to define a real transformative cluster strategy in 5 steps.

 

I chose this topic as I really think that a good cluster strategy is fundamental to have a transformative and competitive cluster, and we can see that strategy is one of the pillars of the cluster model in Catalonia, one of the global references in this area.
