Carlos Tarrasón, CEO of Cluster Consulting, participated as a consultant specializing in productive development policies with clusters in Brazil in the collection of inputs for the recent ECLAC publication "Panorama de las Políticas de Desarrollo Productivo en América Latina y el Caribe", 2025. 

Carlos Tarrasón worked throughout 2025 to identify Brazilian states with cluster programs and active clusters. He met with those responsible for the main programs, and 12 states and their programs, along with nearly 400 active clusters in Brazil, were characterized. Special thanks to the states and institutions that participated in this study, which we hope will contribute to improving productive development policies in Brazil and Latin America and the Caribbean.
